Fight For Freelancers Files U.S. Supreme Court Amicus Brief

Fight For Freelancers has filed an amicus brief with the U.S. Supreme Court representing more than 275,000 people, in support of a lawsuit by the American Society of Journalists and Authors, Inc., and the National Press Photographers Association that challenges California’s ABC Test law, Assembly Bill 5, on First Amendment grounds.
